Day 91 Our dear Father in heaven. We love you. You are holy and righteous. And if you discipline us, it's because you love us.
Thank you for taking care of our needs. May others be drawn into your kingdom because of the obvious peace within us. May we learn to fight spiritual battles with your help and show others God favors us when we obey him.
Forgive our sinful pride (which leads to idolatry), and forgive our selfishness which lead to chaos. Help us to forgive others.
Please meet our needs according to your wisdom and grace and help us to be thankful and faithful.
Lead us away from the temptation to follow our culture. We don't want to experience the cycle of sin. Deliver us from the schemes of the devil.
LORD, glorify yourself by helping your servants. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
Day 92 Dear Father in heaven, you are holy and righteous, and we worship you.
Thank you for your Word today. You don't want us to live a chaotic life due to our own sins and lack of discipline. If we listen to you, you may use us to draw others into your kingdom. This is your will for us, that we live holy.
Please, for our daily bread, help us to perceive the end of compromise and lack of discipline is chaos and God's discipline upon us. I pray we will live in reverence for you.
Forgive us for our sins and undisciplined lives. Forgive us if we have caused chaotic lives for others within our influence. And, help us to forgive others who draw us into chaos by their choices.
Lead us away from the temptation to follow our sinful culture and chase fantasies. Deliver us from the evil one who causes chaos.
For your kingdom and glory may we live. We pray these things in Jesus' name and for his sake, Amen.
Dear Father in heaven, you are holy and righteous and powerful to save. Thank you for choosing us. Now, as opportunities to serve arrive, I pray we might step up to the plate for your will and glory.Please give us courage as our daily bread, and forgive us for not trusting in you. Help us to forgive others who try to hurt us. May we find our refuge in you, and lead us from any temptation to find our own solutions. Please glorify yourself in our lives. In Jesus' name we pray. Day 94 Dear Father in heaven, you are greater and mightier than any so called Gods of our imagination. Holy and Righteous you are. May your kingdom come and help us to be a part of that and doing your will as we learn from your word and the conviction of your spirit.
Most gracious God, please provide our physical, emotional and spiritual life today.We pause now to give you the specifs.
Forgive us for our sins against you and others. May we always have a forgiving heart towards others. Help us to forgive others who hurt us.
Lead us away from the temptation to trust only in ourselves and our abilities. Instead, please work in our hearts to trust and wait on you, our almighty God. May all things be done for your glory. In Jesus' name and for his sake, I pray. Amen
Day 95 Dear Father, you are holy, mighty, and worthy of all praise! Thank you for this lesson on the perils of leadership. Please forgive me for the times I have not acted in faith, set the proper example, or served my interests above others. I pray that you will help me when opposition and criticism come, for they surely will. When you give success, I pray I will not seek rewards but continue to serve you and others better and better for your glory and praise. I pray I will be intentional about passing on my love for you with the next generation and mentor someone. You are my God. I rely on you. May your will be done in my life today. In Jesus name, Amen
Day 96 Dear Father in heaven, because of Jesus we can have a right connection with you, and because you are holy, we need one. May we lead others into your kigdom by our example of depending completely on you for success. May we do your will as you intend for us to live.Forgive us of our sins of relying on ourselves and our wisdom and our strength. Help us to forgive others who also sin against us, not trusting us. Lead us away from the temptations of the world and pride. May all things be done for your kingdom and glory in a right connection with you. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
Our Father in heaven, you are a holy judge. You may test our character, so we may live in dark days but you are always with us. May we point that out to people in testimonies that they may draw to you to be saved and do your will.
Give us courage and endurance in the dark days and even days of grief, LORD. Help us continue trusting you. Forgive us for our lack of faith and relying on ourselves instead of you. Help us forgive others who contribute to our problems instead of encouraging us in them.
Lead us away from the temptation to only rely on ourselves, not you. and deliver us from the vices we may come up with to get our own way. May we live for the praise of your glory. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Day 98 Our Father in heaven, you are holy, good, and compassionate. May I be like you Father? Then others may be drawn into your kingdom and do your will. Give me the wisdom and tenacity to do your will and not my own. May I be a useful light to my family, friends, acquaintances, ministry, and nation so I can be effective and no one wants to remove and replace me.
Forgive my pride and self-will. Forgive and forgive and forgive me, Lord. Help me to forgive others who are also not effective at doing God's will.
Lead me according to your Word and help me see and avoid the devil's vices. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen
